As a fleet manager, the app gives you 24/7 access to essential tools, documents, and information, ensuring you have full control over your fleet:

  • MyCars: In the MyCars section, you can view all your fleet vehicles and manage drivers.*
  • New Appointment: Use smart booking for personalized service suggestions and combine maintenance, tire changes, or bodywork appointments at a time and location that suits you.

  • Pick-Up & Delivery: Choose and pay online via credit/debit card for the flexible pick-up and delivery service, and have your car collected and returned to a location of your choice.
  • Reporting: Access detailed information and comprehensive reports on accidents, maintenance, and charges for each vehicle in your fleet.
  • e-Invoicing: Easily find past and current invoices, and quickly pay new ones with a credit/debit card or RF code.

*Through the app, you can add or remove drivers for any vehicle. If you need to register a new driver who isn't already saved, this can only be done via clients.myavis.gr.

To log in to the MyAvis App, you first need a customer account on MyAvis.

After that, you can sign in to the app either as a Fleet Manager or as a Driver using the same login details (username/password) you use on clients.myavis.gr.

 

If you are a fleet manager and started the process online, you can log in with the credentials you created. If you completed the process with the help of a Sales Consultant, your account was created when you signed your contract.

 

If you are a driver, your account is created after your details have been registered in MyAvis by the fleet manager. If you haven’t received the relevant email, check with your fleet manager to ensure the new driver registration process has been completed.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in two ways:

  1. From your computer or phone browser by clicking here
  2. Through the app by selecting either "Fleet Manager" or "Driver" on the home screen, then choosing "Forgot your password?"

 

Simply enter the email associated with your account and follow the steps to quickly and securely set a new password.
